This (4) hour course addresses all aspects of cardiopulmonary failure. Our certified instructors are trained extensively in the state of the art training experience. Which includes individually assigned mannequins to give this program the real life feel. The hands-on skills training prepares you to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. It also teaches the skills and knowledge needed to provide care for victims of sudden cardiac arrest through the safe use of an automated external defibrillator. AED training includes the recognition of unresponsive victims and operation of the Automated Electronic Device. The class can teach Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR/AED, and /or Infant CPR/AED (Combination of all (3) is available). Certification is good for (2) years
Intended Audience: Pediatricians, emergency room personnel, family, and other physicians, physician assistants, nurses and nurse practitioners, paramedics. Respiratory therapists, and other providers required to initiate and direct advanced life support in pediatric emergencies.
